You can use one of the following payment methods:

  • Bank card upon ordering

    How do I pay for an order with a bank card?

    1. Check whether the bank card is intended for online payment (this information can be provided by your bank) and make sure that you have enough funds on your card to place the planned order.

    2. When placing an online order, select the payment method "Bank card" and enter the cardholder's details.

    3. At the time of order payment (the "Pay for the order" button), the system will forward you to the bank's server that will request the details of your bank card (card number, card expiration date, cardholder's name in Latin letters). Your confidential data (banking details, cards, registration data, etc.) shall be collected and processed in the bank's processing center. The data of individuals held by the bank shall be confidential and inaccessible to third parties; personal data shall be disclosed to third parties only to ensure the fulfillment of the bank's legal obligations and contractual obligations to provide services under the legal acts of the Republic of Finland.

      Important! The bank card details shall be entered and confirmed within 10 minutes. In 10 minutes, the payment shall be made due to the end of the waiting period.
    4. The data you entered is transferred to the bank processing the received information and creating a permit or ban for making a payment.

      The ban of the bank can be caused by one of the following reasons:

      • there are not enough funds on the card to pay for the order;

      • your bank has established a ban on online payments;

      • the waiting period for entering the bank card data has expired (the data shall be entered within 10 minutes);

      • you did not confirm the data entered on the payment page, an error was made in the data format, etc.

      Depending on the reason for the refusal to resolve the issue, you can do the following:

      • retry payment;

      • contact your bank for clarification;

      • pay for the order with a card from another bank or with funds from your internal account.

    5. Immediately after placing an order, its confirmation is generated on the website and is available to the cardholder in electronic form and prepared for printing. The confirmation contains the following information: the order date, the description of the Goods purchased, the order amount, the order currency, a message that the order amount has been blocked on the cardholder's current account and will be transferred to the company, the order type, terms and conditions of delivery and return of the Goods, the customer's name and address, the company website and registered name, as well as a recommendation to the cardholder to save the confirmation.

    6. If the money was withdrawn from the bank card, but the order was not issued, write a message to the company.

    7. If, when processing your order, some of the items you have chosen ended up in the company's warehouse, the invoice amount shall be less than the order amount. The funds on your card shall be blocked according to your order, and shall be debited according to the invoice. The difference in funds shall be automatically returned to the card. The refund period shall depend on your bank and is usually from 1 business day to 2 weeks.

    8. The cash flow when paying for an order with a bank card is reflected in your cash account.

  • Internal account upon ordering

    Remuneration

    All bonuses you earned (marketing plan, IDC, mentor bonus) shall be credited to this account.

    The minimum one-time payment is not limited.

    You can pay up to 50% of the order amount from the Remuneration account, and the remaining 50% - by bank card.

    Gift

    This account receives bonuses you earned when executing promotions. This account is automatically opened after the first execution of any promotion.

    The minimum one-time payment is not limited.

    With a Gift account, you can pay up to 100 % of the order amount.
